Although Lost Ark is only days away from its (Western) release, some lucky players can try out Amazon’s video game today.

Following the long-awaited success of Lost Ark in Asia, it’s preparing to land in the West, where the action role-playing game will be released for free in just a few days, although some players will have the chance to enter the game’s fantasy world today if they own a Founder’s Pack. What’s so special about this title? Why is it being talked about so much? On the eve of its release, the developers have released a lengthy gameplay video, nearly 20 minutes long, detailing what to expect from this PC video game.

Available for pre-download on Steam, Lost Ark is an action RPG with nearly 70 GB of data, where you take on hordes of monsters with unique abilities and combat gear in the guise of various heroes. Whether alone or with other players, you’ll have to fight a variety of enemies in a wide range of scenarios while travelling across a gigantic world map that even requires the use of vehicles such as a ship.

This fresh gameplay video also goes into other details, such as the soundtrack, which will feature very different musical themes, or introduce some final boss battles that promise to break the monotony by presenting players with a different challenge than usual.

Everything is in place for Lost Ark’s free-to-play release, and Amazon Games is expecting a lot from this title in the first months of 2022.
