Here's the first Minecraft: Story Mode trailer [VIDEO]

Telltale Games has unveiled the first Minecraft: Story Mode trailer on this year’s Minecon. The latest project by the king of the episodic games seemingly splits the crowd into two on YouTube, because it has a quite telling like-dislike ratio. The game doesn’t really get positive reactions all the way, that is certain.

In fact, a lot of the commenters would rather see the third season of The Walking Dead – and not the Michionne miniseries, we agree with them on this front -, or at least a faster pace between the episodes for Tales from the Borderlands. The game is quite a divider before the release already, so we might see arguments between the fans and haters of this franchise.

In Minecraft: Story Mode, our controllable protagonist will be Jesse, who – with the help of the Order of the Stone – has to restore peace in this cubic world, before bigger trouble hits them all. The game will be out on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, which has been a common feature of Telltale’s episodic games… but the question is: is it really a good step?
