Ubisoft most likely have thought about every possible way to promote their freshly announced IP, which is seemingly quite far away from a playable beta at the moment. They now made a video to show us how the announcement trailer was created for For Honor! We’re not joking, it seems the French company is kinda struggling with promoting the game as much as it is possible at the moment – it’s kinda exaggarated.
So in this video, we will see how the announcement trailer was put together for E3. Indeed, For Honor is still a surprising announcement, and Ubisoft went as far as using motion capture, CGI and artwork all for just this video, but in all honesty, the game is far from showing us actual gameplay at the current moment.
So it’s not going to happen soon: the battle of the vikings, the samurais and the knights will have to wait – the medieval age is not going to shine (?) upon us soon. As there’s going to be friendly fire, you might end up swiping your friend’s head off with that one, badly timed sword movement. That will definitely make the beer drinking next day a tad more interesting. But again, For Honor is far from that now. The game will be out on the usual suspects: the PlayStation 4, the Xbox One and the PC.
