Classic JRPG Finally Coming to the West?!

The English-language release of the legendary JRPG Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana, in the West, has been revealed ahead of time.

A recent leak revealed that the JRPG Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana will be getting an English release in the West.

XSEED recently hinted that it will be showing off an unnamed title at Anime Expo 2024 next week. It turns out that the game is Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana. Although the news was to be announced in the past few days, several posts were posted on social media before the announcements. These posts have since been deleted.

Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana is an HD remaster of Ys: The Oath in Felghana, which itself is a remake of Ys III: Wanderers of Ys. This new version offers many improvements, including HD visuals, new sound cutscenes, difficulty modes and more. The first version of the game was initially released in 2005 for PC. It was released in Japan last April on the Switch, making it the first time it was released on a Nintendo platform. The game is available on PlayStation 4 and 5.

In addition to Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana, XSEED will also be presenting Switch projects Potionomics: Masterwork Edition, Farmagia, and Corpse Party II: Darkness at Anime Expo 2024.
