The Shokan warrior-prince who’s got four arms has been a foundation in the Mortal Kombat franchise having made his first turnout in the original Mortal Kombat.

Gamers got their chance to play as Goro for the first time in Mortal Kombat 4, and were playable in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon and Mortal Kombat: Deception. Players could fight him in Mortal Kombat (2011); Goro was not playable outside of the Challenge Tower.

Mortal Kombat X is the tenth main title in the series, and continued the 2011 reboot.
