We’ve already seen some teaser trailers for The Evil Within, the upcoming survival horror game from Bethesda, which gave us some small hints about the game.

This new trailer finally shows us a perfect look at the game, its characters, and above all, the terrifying monsters. The Evil Within is the creation of Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami, and some similarities between the two games are of course there. Only in The Evil Within, it’s at a whole new level.

This short trailer not only sets up the game and the storyline, but gives us a glimpse at the kind of gruesome horror that we will see in the game. It also shows some of the gameplay mechanics, such as a “save heaven” known as the Asylum, which will transport the player back and will let him upgrade various aspects of the character.
