PlayStation 4: Over a million in the Middle East

Another nice number about the PlayStation 4 sales data – this time, the Middle Eastern region celebrated a nice round number, which proves again that the PS4 is currently leading this console generation by a landslide. Over one million PlayStation 4’s have been sold in this area, which pretty much made Sony’s machine the fastest selling console in this area…

According to Robert Fisser, the General Manager of this area, they are ready to sell another million, and they are stocked up nicely at the moment. He also thanked the gamers for taking the PlayStation 4’s quite nicely in this region of the world as well. (They should watch out for street dates though: recently, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain got into the hands of players way earlier than September 1…)

Seeing that the PlayStation 4 is over 25 million already, it seems that the first half of this console generation is going to be Sony’s, but we’ll see how Microsoft will be able to fight back against the „blues”…
