Fallout 4 - Here's the second S.P.E.C.I.A.L. cartoon! [VIDEO]

The S.P.E.C.I.A.L. cartoon series, which launched a week ago, has creativity even in its name, because the game’s seven skill’s first letters put this word together, and the cartoons themselves perfectly recreate the ’30-s, ’40-s cartoon style. The first episode focused on the Strength, and here’s the second episode, which is concentrating on Perception.

The trailer first mentions the Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System, which is pretty much the same targeting, which was used in Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

You will be able to aim at certain body parts and you will see the percentage of hitting that limb/head/torso: the higher the number, the better the accuracy.Will you risk a headshot, or go for a safe arm shot?

The higher the skill, the more safe you will be in some tight situations. You can steal from some characters, or even apply a bomb onto their body… hopefully their corpse won’t land on you, as in the video! Perception is going to be extremely important for sneaking and precise players.

Fallout 4 will launch on November 10 on PS4, X1 and PC.
