For Honor will have a single-player mode [VIDEO]

For Honor was one of the surprising announcement during Ubisoft’s E3 conference. The battle of the Knights, Samurais and Vikings will provide us a mainly melee-based combat game, although to be fair, the game’s release is quite far yet. However, we did receive a highlights video about this game’s 2015. That is somewhat weird: have we ever seen a highlights video of a work-in-progress game? We don’t think so.

In the video, we hear that For Honor is going to get a single-player mode. Seeing how Rainbow Six: Siege didn’t get a proper campaign, we are happy to see Ubisoft avoiding their repeat of the same mistake. When this mode is complete, Ubisoft is going to provide more details about it. We also heard that the Vikings will soon receive a much more detailed explanation trailer. Possibly in early 2016.

For Honor is promising. Hopefully the game will be available by the end of 2016. It is currently in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
