Unravel: How to solve the puzzles with yarn? [VIDEO]

Unravel gets shown on videos quite often nowadays, which makes sense: Coldwood Interactive‘s game is just a few weeks away from the point that it gets downloaded onto our PlayStation 4‘s hard drive. Electronic Arts will release the game digitally. That’s not a problem!

In the latest trailer, we have Martin Sahlin – the creator of Yarny and also the creative director of Unravel – return to the commentator role. The previous video – mentioning Yarny‘s creation – already proved that Sahlin is quickly getting to the point and talks about what happens. The new video focuses on the puzzles. As Unravel is a 2D puzzle-platformer, it obviously needs a lot of attention. The physics – based upon Sony‘s PhyreEngine – work very nicely. Add Yarny‘s yarn into the mix with the friendly visuals and you have a very promising game in your hands! So far, this is all very impressive.

The game’s out on February 9 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
