Capcom punishes ragequitters!

Capcom‘s one of the biggest – if not the biggest – game of 2016, Street Fighter V, suffers from an issue that’s common in its genre. It’s ragequitting: some people cannot take losses in a good, sportsmanlike behavior and instead, they just quit the matches before the servers register the result of said battles between the players. Capcom is already working on a solution.

Their short-term solution is already announced. The developers will punish those who have noticeably high win ratios and disconnection at the same time. Capcom will punish these players on a weekly basis by simply resetting their League Points.
If you quit from at least 80 percent of your matches, you will be labeled as a quitter and you will see your points reset. Not accepting your losses will be painful, it seems.

Capcom is working on a long-term solution but no other details were mentioned about it.
