[GC 2016] Little Nightmares Is Not So Little, It Seems [VIDEO]

Bandai Namco found a project promising, and they ended up picking up Little Nightmares.

Previously, this game was called Hunger. However, Swedish developer Tarsier Studios thought it would be a wise idea to rename the game to suit the plot: a yellow raincoat-wearing little girl is trying to escape from a prison-like building called The Maw. She’s not alone, though – some creatures are hungry.

Little Nightmares looks like a puzzle-platformer with some horror elements to it. If you have played Playdead’s LIMBO and INSIDE, you might be familiar with this game as well. In the second video, you have to „play with your childhood fears”, and at the end, a chef shows up, perhaps the kid’s nightmares involve this guy too? (Imagine if it was Gordon Ramsay!)

The game doesn’t have a release date yet. It will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
