Ready At Dawn: „The Order IP Has A Future” [VIDEO]

The developers of The Order: 1886 think that the IP „has legs to it.”

GameInformer‘s interview with creative director Ru Weerasuriya mentions how the IP has a future. Quoting Weerasuriya: „The best way to answer that without giving anything… That IP has a future. It’s definitely built in that IP. That future is already something that was built from the very get-go, from the first day we started working on it. As you know, since you played the game and for the ones who played out there… there is a larger storyline. There is a macro story that keeps going; it’s an IP that is actually bigger than the storylines that we have created. So there are legs to this IP, definitely.”

They don’t know if Sony would be the publisher to the potential sequel because it depends on the Japanese company.

In the 40-minute interview, Andrea Pessino, co-founder of Ready at Dawn also shows up. If we had to describe The Order: 1886 with three words, they would be the following: beautiful, short, unfinished.
