Marvel vs. Capcom 4 Announcement At The PlayStation Experience?

Capcom may have another game up their sleeves after all.

Despite yesterday’s comment from Yoshinori Ono saying that Street Fighter V gets supported until 2020 or so and that there isn’t another fighting game in development by Capcom, the Japanese company might pull off an announcement at the PlayStation Experience.

The NeoGAF forums think that either The Game Awards or the PlayStation Experience could see an announcement with the Marvel universe’s characters fighting against the team under Capcom‘s umbrella. Marvel vs. Capcom 4 is rumored, and probably for a good reason.

Still, the question mark in the title was intentional: Capcom might not do anything else outside Street Fighter V in the genre, but who knows? We have seen games end up in development hell, only to come back strong and be successful…
