As expected, The Last Of Us’ sequel is in development!

In 2013, Naughty Dog struck gold with The Last Of Us on PlayStation 3. No wonder that Sony quickly made sure it is available in a “Remastered” format on the PlayStation 4. On the first panel at the PlayStation Experience, Shawn Layden only had to say „one more thing” at the end… and then the logo of the Fireflies showed up, making the crowd go wild.

Ellie is run down (she’s quite bloody), but with a guitar in her hand, she starts to sing until Joel shows up at the end of this quite massive scene. Sometimes you don’t need a long action scene (after all, this game is „in an early stage of development”), and you can get the viewers’ attention in a different way. A great song, a nice build-up, and some excellent graphics. That is all.

We would not like to guess when the game comes. We’re just glad the game is in development and is confirmed.
