The Walking Dead: The New Frontier Will NOT Come On Two Platforms!

Clementine leaves two platforms behind next week.

The Walking Dead: The New Frontier will launch on Tuesday on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, iOS, and Android with two episodes outright. Did you spot the two missing names? No? Well: the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 will not get the new Telltale game.

You can continue your zombie adventures in two ways on current-gen platforms. The first one is importing your save from X360/PS3: download the patch for Season 2 to upload your save. You’ll need a Telltale account, then click Use Save on this page. Then, launch Season 3, log in to your Telltale account, and go to Extras to import your save. The other solution is Recreate – you can determine key events in the game without importing a save file or using a Telltale account.

There are some limitations, though: on iOS, local saves must be uploaded using a Telltale account and imported into Season 3 before you can continue. On Windows 10, you can only continue your story if your saves were imported from other platforms (the local save feature is not available). The poor PS Vita gets no save import feature…

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
