A Free Weekend For A Game On Both Consoles And PC [VIDEO]

This time, it’s not a shooter that gets a free trial, so it’s not your usual Call of Duty or Battlefield installment that can be tried without paying for it.

No, this time around, it’s Ubisoft‘s Steep that gets a free weekend on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Here’s when the trial starts and ends on each platform:

Xbox One: 10th March at 8:01 am GMT (3 AM Eastern, 12 AM Pacific) to 13th March at 7:59 am GMT
PS4: 10th March at 6 pm GMT (1 PM Eastern, 10 AM Pacific) to 13th March at 6 pm GMT
PC: 10th March at 6 pm GMT to 13th March at 6 pm GMT

A PlayStation Plus/Xbox Live Gold subscription is required! (And on PC, a uPlay account is needed.)

You can play the entire game, and if you end up liking Steep, you can get it with a 40% discount during the weekend. As Steep was recently expanded with the Alaska region, fans of extreme sports can go to multiple locations without breaking any of their bones.

It’s surprising that Ubisoft took this long with a free weekend for the game that launched in December…
