We haven’t heard much of the new Marvel vs. Capcom for months…

Ryce, one of the NeoGAF forum users, has previously talked about Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite’s 2v2 teams before the official reveal, he has hinted at new details on the site again regarding the fighter that is due to launch on consoles and PC later this year.

„So I hear there was a MvCI press event in Germany a few days ago and that the embargo lifts at the end of the week. There are some big surprises in store, which I’m not going to spoil out of respect to Capcom,” he said. Previously, he also said that the villain would be an obscure Capcom villain (and we don’t want to even guess regarding him or her…), so he might be an insider altogether. Eight new characters? Ultron, Hulk, Thor, Hawkeye, Rocket Raccoon, Chun Li, Strider, Chris, apparently…

Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite is out late 2017 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
