Ubisoft: A New Far Cry And The Crew 2 Is Coming! (And More Assassin’s Creed: Origins!)

Ubisoft started to tease their E3 program.

However, the French company’s advertising strategy doesn’t make much sense. Perhaps they should have waited a month until their E3 conference to reveal Far Cry 5 and The Crew 2 being in development. Okay, we heard already about Ubisoft probably recording a live action trailer’s footage in the United States, but we heard about The Crew’s sequel for the first time on Twitter – we didn’t expect it to happen.

Ubisoft teased these two games, as well as Assassin’s Creed: Origins (without naming it) – this move isn’t surprising, as we had a huge „leak” yesterday.

These three games are supposed to launch by the end of March 2018, but we still have a question. What about the new South Park game? That was originally planned to launch last December, and since then, almost half a year has passed!
Back to Assassin’s Creed a bit, more leaks showed up on 4chan (http://boards.4chan.org/v/thread/377058147). Quoting the list:

• Second Screenshot from the build for E3. You do kill the crocodile, but before meeting Shadya, and it’s an animal. You then meet Shadya and are attacked by Roman Guards, kill them, and end with an assassination of a General (like the SoM system).
• Towers are in the game, but not in some rifts. You use the eagle when reaching the top instead of eagle vision.
• Modern day Assassin is Charlotte. You’re working to find the ankh.
• Rifts include Cairo 1799 during Napoleon’s Invasion (Play as Arno), Amunet Assassinating Cleopatra in Alexandria 30 BCE, and brief segments of the “exodus” (this has a massive twist).
• A small amount of Demotic and Coptic is spoken, but largely English but with accents proper accents.
• The actual setting is late first century, early second century AD.
• Most of the boat stuff is on the nile. You can go into the Mediterranean a bit, but not far. Greece was cut from this game.
• Name of the primary protagonist is Balek.
• Tombs are back
• You can use the hidden blade in combat like AC1
• Naval combat insofar as shooting enemies with Arrows on boats
• You can steel boats; upgraded boats work like carriages in Syndicate

The game should be announced already – rumors say it will happen on May 19, and the game is planned to launch on October 31!
