These Two Games Could Be Still In Development For Three Years!

Square Enix is not rushing these titles, to say the least…

The Japanese publisher has several bigger titles in development under their supervision (just think about the Disney/Marvel agreement games…), but two of them seem to be getting pushed back further and further. Earlier this year, we already wrote about Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy VII as titles that are far from completion, but Square Enix threw another spanner into the engine.

The company’s financial briefings’ outline had a comment by Square Enix CEO Yosuke Matsuda (isn’t he one of the bosses in the new NieR Automata DLC?), saying that the two games will be released in the next three years or so. That means we might have to wait until 2020 and remember, Final Fantasy VII Remake is an episodic project…

Of course, neither games have a release window.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
