Kamiya believes that the director of NieR: Automata “saved Platinum Games”

Bayonetta’s father thanks, Yoko Taro for attracting new users.

The fantastic NieR: Automata has enjoyed great success in the stores and for the creator of Bayonetta, the veteran Hideki Kamiya, also has been the salvation for Platinum Games. So full of Japanese creative has been shown, thanking Yoko Taro for his work with this action adventure and role.

“It’s no exaggeration to say that Yoko Taro has saved Platinum Games,” Kamiya points out in social networks. “I can not thank you enough.” Among other reasons, the creator of Viewtiful Joe has highlighted his ability to grow the team, attract new users and improve the quality of jobs.

NieR: Automata went on sale on PC and PS4 in March of this same year, and to date, its sales exceed 1.5 million copies.
