Total War: Warhammer 2 Concretize Its System Requirements

The Creative Assembly title has become “the most pre-ordered” in Total War’s history.

A few weeks before its release, Sega and the Creative Assembly team have unveiled the system requirements to run their promising Total War: Warhammer 2 on PC, which runs on September 28.

From the development team have highlighted that in recent times have been applied several graphic improvements “to enrich the player experience in the New World.” Among them, we find a better Environmental Occlusion, a new system of volumetric fog that thickens the air, producing “god-ray” effects; A new filter smoothing textures, or recreation of moisture on surfaces.

 

Minimum PC Specifications:

Predicted between 25-35 FPS in the campaign map and battles 1vs1, 20 vs. 20 units, with the default preset graphic settings in “Low,” with a resolution of 1280×720

Operating System: 64bit Windows 7

Processor: Intel® Core 2 Duo 3.0Ghz

RAM: 4GB / 5GB *

Installation Size: 60 GB

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 460 1GB | AMD Radeon HD 5770 1GB | Intel HD4000 @ 720p * Integrated graphics, for example, Intel HD series, will require 5GB of RAM

Predicted between 45-55 FPS in the campaign map and in battles 1vs1, 20 vs 20 units, with the default preset graphic settings in “High”, with a 1920×1080 resolution

RAM: 8 GB

Installation Size: 60 GB

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2GB | AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB @ 1080P

Predicted 60FPS + on the campaign map and 1vs1 battles, 20 vs 20 units, with the default preset graphics settings in “Ultra”, with a 1920×1080 resolution

RAM: 8 GB

On the other hand, Sega has confirmed that Total War: Warhammer II has become “the most pre-ordered” title of the Total War series to date. “It’s great to see that expectations have been reflected in the number of reservations, really help us motivate us for the final push,” says one of the brand managers.
