Call Of Duty: WWII: Get Ready For The Winter Siege [VIDEO]

The World War II FPS is preparing for its first event.

Sledgehammer Games detailed on its blog what we can expect during Winter Siege. For example, the Headquarters get a bit of new coat of paint (or snow, more like…), a new Quartermaster, Captain Butcher, also shows up, bringing along a few winter-themed items (including weapons, such as the Gewehr 43, the Sten, or the GPMG) that you can receive.

Gun Game also makes a return, and if you play it through the third week of December, you’ll get double XP. The Carentan map also gets a Winter edition, which will be available for everyone, unlike the vanilla map. There will also be new orders and challenges each week.

Winter Siege will start on December 8, and it will end on January 2.
