Portal Returns, But Not In The Way You’d Expect It! [VIDEO]

This is not the Portal you are looking for…

Indeed, the developer is not Valve either – they still don’t seem to be interested in working on the third games of their franchises, Portal included. Headup Games (and Clockwork Software) is working on Bridge Constructor Portal, and yes, if you thought that this game is about making bridges, you’d be correct. You’ll be supervised by GLaDOS, and the environment will be the Aperture Laboratories… but still, this is far from Portal 3…

Bridge Constructor Portal already has a release date: the PC/Mac/Linux trio, as well as the iOS and Android, will get the game on December 20, and the PlayStation 4, the Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch will follow suit in early 2018. A Valve-license on a Nintendo platform? That’s not a common sight!

If only the game were just as wacky as the announcement trailer was…

Anikó, our news editor and communication manager, is more interested in the business side of the gaming industry. She worked at banks, and she has a vast knowledge of business life. Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
