Far Cry 5: Ubisoft’s Game Gears Up With A Level Editor! [VIDEO]

Ubisoft announced (again) what the season pass will have.

Previously we wrote that there will be three DLCs (in short: Hours of Darkness in Vietnam, Dead Living Zombies – a cooperative experience throughout seven scripts against zombies, and Lost on Mars has aliens on Mars…), which will be accessible by either buying the season pass or the Gold Edition of Far Cry 5. There’s more, though…

There’s also the single player Far Cry 3 Classic Edition (also previously mentioned on our site before), which will be available four weeks to season pass owners before the launch in summer (so will it be out in May then for them?) on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while PC owners will get the complete version of Far Cry 3 at a later date. We knew about this, too…

However, there’s also Far Cry Arcade. Quoting Ubisoft, „all Far Cry 5 players will also have access to Far Cry Arcade, the evolution of the map editor that will deliver an endless amount of free gameplay and map creation opportunities for players. Far Cry Arcade will include assets from previous Far Cry games as well as other Ubisoft titles, including content from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Assassin’s Creed Unity, and Watch_Dogs, that can be used to make solo, co-op, and PvP multiplayer experiences.”

There will also be live events in the game, which will net the players new customization items (weapon skins, vehicles, etc.) upon completing the challenges. Far Cry 5 will launch on March 27 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
