God Of War Gets A Beautiful Limited Console, Too! [VIDEO]

The PlayStation 4 Pro is getting another limited edition, which looks quite good.

Sony announced on the PlayStation Blog that God of War – like most of the PlayStation 4-exclusives – will be available as part of a bundle. The PlayStation 4 Pro‘s visuals were inspired by Kratos’ ax, and the bundle also contains a Leviathan Gray DualShock 4, a physical copy of God of War, as well as „other digital content.” It is going to cost 400 dollars in the United States, which means Europe should be getting it for 400 euros, too – it will launch on the same day as the game: on April 20.

Two more technical details: if you have a 4K TV, the PlayStation 4 Pro will run God of War on a 2160k resolution with checkerboard upscaling, and there will also be HDR support, too. Cory Barlog, the game’s director, confirmed on Twitter that the game will have no microtransactions. „No freaking way!!!”

God of War will launch on April 20, exclusively on PlayStation 4.
