MOVIE NEWS – Hamill „blindly” said that he would play a role in The Witcher Netflix series.
Mark Hamill is mostly known for playing Luke Skywalker’s role in Star Wars, but you might also be familiar with his voice from Batman, where he was one of the Jokers. Last week, we wrote about The Witcher’s characters’ personalities in detail (even including Roach – Lauren S. Hissrich, the writer, and showrunner of the series included the horse, too!), and this is where Hamill steps in.
Vesemir’s character description got a reply by a Star Wars fan account, tagging Mark Hamill and saying that he should be Vesemir in the series, and he responded with „I have no idea what this is or what it’s about but agree it could/should be played by me.”
Bold: Hamill has no idea what The Witcher is, and yet, he gave such a response. The story doesn’t end here, though: The Witcher’s official Twitter account replied to him with a photoshopped image, where they put Hamill’s face on Vesemil’s body. It doesn’t look too shabby…
If Netflix trusts the series, maybe they could afford to hire Hamill to join the cast…
