Far Cry 5: PlayStation 4 Pro Support Leaked

There’s no AAA game without supporting the stronger consoles.

On WCCFTech, we found an image that was presumably taken on a PlayStation 4 Pro. On it, we see the audio and video options, and the part that is important for us is the Render Mode option. Ubisoft‘s game offers two options if this image isn’t fake.

As it’s usual with PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X support, we can choose between two options. Higher Resolution is self-explanatory (it will adjust the graphics to „maximize” 4K resolution, which is probably going to be native 1440p or so, with upscaling on likely both consoles…), while Better Graphics will prioritize better visuals over the resolution. Why isn’t there a frame rate option…?

Far Cry 5 will launch on March 27 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on March 27. On Xbox One X, the game will run at a 4K resolution with HDR. The French company hasn’t announced any details regarding the PlayStation 4 Pro yet.
