Atomic Heart: BioShock In The Soviet Union? [VIDEO]

What if BioShock wasn’t set in Rapture but in the Soviet Union (which doesn’t exist today)?

Mundfish is a Moscow-based developer team (hmm… that explains the game’s location), whose next game is going to be an „adventure first-person shooter,” set „in an alternative universe, during the high noon of the Soviet Union.” Atomic Heart will have us control „a special agent, who was sent to a highly secret object by the Soviet government after it went radio silent.”

We’ll be blunt: this game (which, going by the devs’ job listings, should be using Unreal Engine 4) looks like a pleasant surprise going by the first video. On Steam, there’s not a lot of information yet, but Atomic Heart should launch this year on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

If Take-Two doesn’t want to tackle BioShock, then others will try to fill that gap…

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
