Did Fans Figure Out The Location Of Death Stranding?

If their thought gets confirmed at E3, we’ll be surprised…

First, Hideo Kojima tweeted this picture. It seems completely harmless, but it turned out that the reformed Kojima Productions (which was formed in late 2015 under Sony) game’s location could be confirmed with that Kojima photo with the mossy rocks. It could be set in Iceland, which could be underlined by Kojima’s trip to the country in 2014, where he asked jokingly if there’s anything else than mossy rocks in that country.

The newest Death Stranding trailer strengthens this idea, as you can see the mossy rocks in the background, plus the background music, provided by a band called Low Roar, is also coming from Iceland!

However, don’t forget that we’re talking about Hideo Kojima. His game could be set in an alien world inspired by Iceland as well. We’ll see at E3, where it was already confirmed to be one of the headliner titles for Sony’s press conference.
