H1Z1 Has A Ton Of Players On PlayStation 4!

Daybreak‘s free-to-play battle royale game is successful.

H1Z1 launched on PlayStation 4 in an open beta state on last Tuesday, and after 24 hours, it already had 1.5 million players. It wasn’t a fluke result: since then, the game raised the bar higher than that, as H1Z1‘s Twitter profile announced that only three days after launch, Daybreak‘s battle royale game reached 4.5 million players. As a reward, every player will receive the Blue Barbed Hellfire 4-6 – you can find it in your inventory.

Of course, we have to quickly point out that it is a free-to-play game, so it’s hard to figure out without official information whether Daybreak can break into profitability or not. We have to point it out because this company was involved in last month’s scandal when the US government has frozen assets of Russian oligarchs, and one of them is tied to the ownership of the dev team (as well as Harmonix, the devs of Rock Band).

We still think that Daybreak used the PlayStation 4 version of H1Z1 as a last resort…

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
