Capcom pulled another paywall thing after Devil May Cry 5. In Resident Evil 2 Remake, the Deluxe Edition paywall will have a few costumes (Claire: Elza Walker – the original female protagonist of the game before Resident Evil 2‘s development was restarted, Military, and Noir; Leon will have Arklay Sheriff, and Noir – Noir will also allow a black-and-white filter for the gameplay, too), and the two videos below show Leon’s Arklay Sheriff and Claire’s Noir costume, respectively.

Resident Evil 2 Remake will launch on January 25 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and we think these costumes should be unlockable in the base game, and the same thought applies for the retro soundtrack swap, as well as the Albert version of the Samurai Edge handgun, the two other Deluxe Edition paywalled items.
