Kingdom Hearts III: Re:Mind Gets Announced!

Wait, what on Earth is Re:Mind, aside from a pun without the : between the Re and Mind?

During the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra: World of Tres concert, which was held the other day at the Tokyo International Forum in Japan, the capital of the country, Square Enix announced that they are working on the first major DLC for Kingdom Hearts III that came out in late January on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It is called Re:Mind. It will include the Re:Mind extra scenario (missions, and the like… more gameplay in other words), a Limit Cut episode and bosses, as well as a Secret episode and a boss. The Japanese version will also receive an optional English voice option. On top of it, they also announced a free DLC that will include a new keyblade and form (transformation). (We don’t know when the free goodies will come.)

Unfortunately, that is all we know at the moment – Square Enix didn’t say nor the release window, neither the price. The Japanese company will likely reveal more details about the Re:Mind during E3 in June. Pulling the announcement just a few days after launching the Critical difficulty level is a bold move!

Tetsuya Nomura thus doesn’t seem to work 110% on Final Fantasy VII Remake (even though he should do that…). We don’t understand it, but oh well…
