Why has The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild appeared in the Microsoft online store?

The Nintendo video game, of course, has some confusing images and descriptions that invite you to think about a mistake.

Although it might seem like an April Fools’ Day joke, we assure you that this extravagant news is not innocent. On the Microsoft online store, you can buy The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, although everything that surrounds the supposed game of Nintendo is a bit confusing and invites you to think about a possible error.

The presence, of course, has caused a stir in social networks; nevertheless, and looked at in detail, the news invites us to think about some kind of failure since neither the description nor the images coincide with the game, although its full name does and even the cover of the great Nintendo Switch video game itself and Wii U. Some even point to the possibility that it is a scam, and is that the name of vidodoo0 according to some sources, could have carried out similar manoeuvres with other games in the past.

” Play The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild and, during your journey, get as many objects and gems as you can,” is explained in the description of the game, in a concept that As you can see it has nothing to do with the original. “Be careful not to fall into the different obstacles you will encounter, and also watch out for the police officer. Get coins and diamonds to unlock the additional character in the title.”

The video game is listed for PC, mobile and Surface, as well as to use Microsoft’s HoloLens technology and, among other things, it has a selection of screens that seem to obey the original video game, presumably called Rubber Run, and has a price of 20.49 euros. We have contacted Microsoft to try to know more information about this fact, but at this time it is always difficult to have quick answers.

The great title released in 2017, however, has had more real and feasible flirts with other universes and platforms and, in fact, in mid-November we told you that Blizzard would like to see Link in Overwatch as a guest character.
