The terrifying Maid of Sker is heading to PS4, Xbox One and PC next June

A survival horror based on true events and Welsh folklore, which will also be released on Switch in October.

Maid of Sker confirms its launch window on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. The terrifying adventure of Wales Interactive will arrive on PS4, Xbox One and PC in June of this year, in the absence of finalizing the day, and will have a subsequent release on the Nintendo console throughout October.

For those who do not remember, it is a survival horror inspired by a true story, and in Welsh folklore, which takes us to a hotel located in a remote place, where some macabre events took place in the past. Players will have to delve into their rooms and unravel their mysteries while trying to survive with no tools other than stealth, cunning, and their ability to hold their breath so they are not heard by the dangers that reside in the hotel.

In fact, much of the gameplay revolves around noise, the studio promises, with a 3D AI sound system with which to spot players. The title will offer “realistic 4K graphics” without limit of frames on PC, in the words of its managers, and will also have specific improvements on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, which have not given more details.

A non-linear horror adventure, with different routes and outcomes, which heads to stores next June for PS4, Xbox One and PC; and in October for Nintendo Switch. This afternoon the new date of the last chapter of Song of Horror has also been announced, but if you are looking for more adventures of the genre to play, here are the most popular survival horror games of the moment.
