The reverse horror game, Carrion, is coming out today, and we also got a new animated video to celebrate this.
In the game, we control a terrible red-colored tentacle creature with which we must destroy human beings, scientists and soldiers that get in our way. As the game progresses, we can evolve, learn to dash forward, with which we can break through barricades and get to otherwise inaccessible places – and we can grow and grow even further.
Released today, on July 23, Carrion is the game of publisher Devolver Digital and developer Phobia Game Studio, who celebrated the big day with their animated trailer when their game will be available to the public as well. The video was produced by CRCR / Wizz.
Here is the trailer, followed by a very brief overview from the game’s Steam page:
„Carrion is a reverse horror game in which you assume the role of an amorphous creature of unknown origin. Stalk and consume those that imprisoned you to spread fear and panic throughout the facility. Grow and evolve as you tear down this prison and acquire more and more devastating abilities on the path to retribution.”
Carrion will be available for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam today, on July 23rd.
