From the first presentation to beta – let’s see if Marvel’s Avengers has undergone any downgrades!

 

Marvel’s Avengers will hit stores very soon. During this weekend and throughout the month, some lucky users have been able to test the beta of the game, which will offer a long-term service with the aim of being a Game as a Service in the style of Destiny.

Games tend to change visually from their presentations at video game events. This is precisely how we find a visual comparison made by El Analista de Bits, which delves into the graphic differences of the game, comparing it from its trailer shown at E3 2019 to how it looks in the almost definitive beta of the adventure developed by Crystal Dynamics.

 

 

According to this comparison video, Marvel’s Avengers maintains the quality very well. There are some changes in the artistic section and in the character design, something that is reflected, for example, in Thor’s mane. The physics in the details of the characters (such as Black Widow’s hair) and the motion blur effect are some of the points improved.

The video shows that there is some downturn in the vegetation of the stages when it comes to recreating particles, as well as certain problems when loading textures in some stages. He also explains that some of the attacks seen in the demo shown at E3 last year do not appear in the beta because they are abilities that are unlocked as the adventure progresses. The conclusion that the author of the video draws is that the game has had some improvements, so he does not consider that there is a downgrade.

Wrapped up in controversy over the exclusivity of the Spider-Man character on PlayStation consoles or the DLCs ​​arising from collaborations with mobile phone companies, Marvel’s Avengers will be released on September 4 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Later, there will also be a next-gen console version for PS5 and Xbox Series X, which will be available also as a free upgrade to those who have previously purchased the game.
