Subnautica Also Comes To Nintendo Switch, With Its Add-On [VIDEO]

Subnautica arrives on the Japanese company’s console, the Nintendo Switch with its add-on, Subnautica Below Zero.

It has been one of the most liked announcements of those shown in Nintendo’s Indie World, in which the Japanese company has confirmed the next indie games that will reach the Nintendo Switch catalog. Among them is a reputed survival saga that has dazzled other platforms such as PC, PS4 or Xbox One. We are talking about Subnautica.

The Indie World event has served to confirm the launch of both Subnautica and its independent expansion Subnautica Below Zero for Nintendo Switch. Both titles will arrive on the console throughout 2021, on a date yet to be confirmed.

Developed by Unknown Worlds Entertainment, Subnautica proposes that players explore the depths of an aquatic alien world in order to obtain resources that can be used to build underwater structures; always trying to avoid the wild and dangerous beings that inhabit the area. For its part, the independent expansion Subnautica: Below Zero proposes another type of survival, in which it will be necessary to survive the freezing temperatures of planet 4546B.

Originally launched in 2014, Subnautica expands its horizons by coming to Nintendo Switch, as part of an Indie World event in which titles such as Raji: An Ancient Epic or Torchlight 3 are among the most prominent. Although many users complain about the absence of expected titles like Hollow Knight Silksong or Axiom Verge 2.
