Ghost Of Tsushima: Jin Sakai Receives A Figma Figure With Incredible Detail

Sucker Punch‘s game’s protagonist gets a figure, but not just your typical, run-of-the-mill figure.

Good Smile Company has revealed a figma figure featuring Jin Sakai, the protagonist of the medieval Japanese story, with some stunning detail. Its size is 6.1 inches, and it’s put on a stand, which features the game’s logo. Let’s see the official details of the figma:

„Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can create a variety of action-packed poses from the game. A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability. He comes with a glaring face plate created with detailed 3D paintwork technology along with an alternate masked faceplate. The Sakai Katana and Sakai Tanto are included as optional parts. His half-bow, an arrow and the sword on his back are included as well. His cape is made with real fabric. An articulated figma stand is included to display the figma in a variety of poses.  Painted ABS&PVC non-scale articulated figure with stand included. Approximately 155mm (6.10 inches) in height,” the details claim.

The figure is sculpted POLY-TOYS, and you will have to pay a hefty amount to acquire one. Jin Sakai’s figma costs you 105 dollars. And if you are from outside the United States, it’s going to be even more due to import tax and shipping costs. The pre-orders are now live, and they are active until January 6. The wait then is even longer: the estimated shipment window is planned to be next September. So you have to be patient.

Seeing how Jin Sakai has previously received a Funko Pop figure (in two versions – one of them had blood, and the other one did not), it was a question of time when a more detailed effort would show up.
