Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt arrives on PS5 later this year

Vampire is available now via Steam in Early Access.

Sharkmob will release the third-person free-to-play battle royale game Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt for PlayStation 5 in 2021, the developer has announced. Here’s an overview of the game, courtesy of Sharkmob:

Prague – Blood will be shed tonight

Vampires have lived and thrived among humans for centuries, upholding the traditions of The Masquerade. Now a treacherous betrayal has sparked a war between vampire cults, exposing them to a secret society called The Entity. With a sacred mission to destroy all vampires, the hunt is being taken to the streets of Prague… Players will have to use their supernatural powers, weapons and wits to survive the night and save the mask!

The third-person free battle royale experience is set in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe developed closely with the World of Darkness brand team. For the first time, experience the concept of vampire warfare as the cults clash in Prague, triggered by the arrival of strike teams from the Second Inquisition. Use your supernatural powers, weapons, and wits to exterminate your enemies and deal with the Slayers – all while fighting to maintain the Masquerade Ball!

Key features:

  • Use supernatural powers to fight other players and computer-controlled enemies to become the last vampire standing.
  • Set in the beautiful old town of Prague, with lifelike graphics.
  • Customizable characters – play as your personalized vampire of your creation. Choose your clan affiliation to define your play style, then let your personality shine through as you create your most unique, expressive look for your friends and foes to remember you.
  • No pay-to-win or similar mechanics – it’s designed with a player-centric mentality.
