Men of War II Is On The Way: Here’s The Trailer And The First Details About The Game [VIDEO]

1C Entertainment and Best Way guarantee a more authentic and entertaining Men of War experience for PC gamers.

The Men of War series returns. 1C Entertainment and Best Way have taken advantage of the Golden Joystick Awards 2021 gala to unveil the first trailer for the Men of War II strategy video game, which the developers hope will modernise the series for its 2022 release without forgetting its roots.

The game promises an all-new, innovative World War II RTS experience, with more units to control, different specialisations, greater historical accuracy and more ambitious visuals and sound – all combined with the original charm of the series while retaining multiple strategic and tactical levels and highly intense battles.

Specifically, at launch, players will have the opportunity to defeat their opponents in two epic cinematic campaigns starring the Allies and the Soviets against the Third Reich on the Western and Eastern fronts, respectively. The skirmish mode returns with a wide range of realistic maps and, of course, multiplayer, cooperative and PvP modes. The RTS will also be released with full mod support for PC.

Finally, new features include a particular focus on the Front Line: a mechanic that makes battles even more exciting and dynamic, bringing a real war strategy experience to the screen.

The Best Way also promises a leap forward in the visual realm, with enhanced visuals, destructible environments and advanced artificial intelligence to create the classic real-time strategy game fans have waited for. They promise to use everything in the game – bridges, rivers, buildings, forests and more – to gain a tactical advantage, opening up unlimited strategic possibilities for players.

With all of the above, 1C Entertainment hopes that users will have the most authentic and entertaining experience possible in Men of War II. We’ll find out next year.
