Crusader Kings III Reveals Release Date For Xbox X|S Series And PS5 [VIDEO]

One of the best strategy games of recent years will be released on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S

Considered one of the best strategy games of the last few years, the formidable Crusader Kings III is now nearing its final release on consoles, where Paradox’s brilliant game will be released in just a few weeks with a control system, and user interface adapted to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox X Series X|S controllers.

Crusader Kings 3 is being adapted for consoles by Lab42, who have successfully adapted Stellaris in the past, and the announcement of its release date comes with a trailer in which the developers talk about the work of adapting the game for PlayStation and Xbox machines. When will we be able to enjoy the game on consoles?

We’ll have to wait until 29 March to get our hands on Crusader Kings 3 on Xbox Series and PS5, with features such as “super-fast loading for a smooth gameplay experience, as well as adaptive triggers and haptic feedback” on Sony’s console. In relation to DualSense, Paradox notes that PS5 players will feel the stress of gameplay in their hands. “The more stress a character has accumulated, the more resistance will be applied” to the triggers.

As for the numerous DLC that the PC game has received since its launch, for now, Paradox has confirmed that the game coming to consoles on 29 March will be exactly the same as it was initially released on PC. From that point onwards, DLC will be released until it coincides with the new PC content.
