Previously PC & PlayStation Exclusive Godfall Is Coming To Xbox: Here’s The Trailer! [VIDEO]

The hugely successful Godfall will be released on multiple platforms with the Ultimate Edition, which will include all the new features released so far.

Godfall not only captured the public’s attention with its “looter-slasher” style but was one of the first games to be released on PS5 (and the first in physical format). Its temporary exclusivity on PlayStation consoles led to a PS4 release, but it seems that this period of exclusivity is coming to an end.

Godfall: Ultimate Edition will be available from 7 April.

So what does this mean? Well, as you might have guessed, Xbox One and Xbox Series are already gearing up to welcome Godfall to their catalogue. Xbox let us know this in a trailer posted on their YouTube channel, where they announced that the Ultimate Edition would be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series from 7 April.

In addition, Godfall: Ultimate Edition will also arrive in style on Xbox consoles, including the base game, Fire & Darkness expansion, Primal, Lightbringer and Exalted updates, as well as the previously released Ascended Edition. The set will be priced at $39.99 but will come with an initial Xbox and Steam discount that will reduce that price to $29.99 for a limited time.

The game, while it has some fundamental problems, we’ll admit that none of this detracts from a very robust combat system, few interruptions and an experience that can entertain even the most enthusiastic. Now, after being PlayStation territory for a long time (at least on consoles), a more comprehensive range of gamers will have the opportunity to try out this enjoyable title.
