Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden – The Developers’ Enthusiasm Is Boundless!

“One of the most ambitious projects in the studio’s history” – the creators of Life is Strange, and Vampyr are giving Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden their all.

Between the awards and the world premieres, The Game Awards 2022 gala had plenty of surprises for us to look forward to in 2023 and beyond. One of them was the launch of Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. This exciting project results from a collaboration between DON’T NOD (known for its Life is Strange saga) and Focus Home Entertainment (creators of Vampyr).

Watching the trailer, one gets the feeling that Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden will be the next big project from the two companies, but they wanted to make that clear with the YouTube video’s description.

The description reads, “Focus Entertainment and DON’T NOD have announced a partnership to bring one of the most ambitious projects in the distributor and studio’s history”. So we can expect something that will leave our mouths watering.

In a game focused on narrative and action-RPG mechanics, the creators offer us an adventure full of difficult choices. Decisions that can affect the living and the dead alike. A release date is not yet known. According to DON’T NOD and Focus Entertainment, the game will be released for PS5, Xbox Series and PC by the end of 2023.
