There’s A Solution To The Lack Of PlayStation Wrap-Up But Not PlayStation Stars!

In many cases, PlayStation Stars, Sony’s loyalty program, is not available to those who have already waited for the company’s predicted waiting list period…

It has emerged on Reddit that in the last few days users have received emails from Sony telling them they can access PlayStation Stars, while others have claimed to have accessed it without the confirmation email. PlayStation Stars was launched in the Americas on October 5, and at the time, Sony claimed that accounts on the waiting list would have access within two months of signing up. That would be fine, but some people have passed that period and are still waiting.

As we’ve (sadly) come to expect from Sony, the company hasn’t commented on this (and almost certainly won’t), so this may be just another bug on the PlayStation platform (as if it’s been widespread enough this year), but let’s not forget that PlayStation Stars might receive an even higher tier later on and that the highest achievers will be given priority by the company’s customer support (all of which we’ve covered before).

So let’s get on to PlayStation Wrap-Up 2022. Many platforms (including Spotify and Twitch) summarise what you’ve spent the most time doing, so for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 players, you have a way to see how much you’ve played, how many games you’ve done it with, how many trophies you’ve earned and how many of them were PlayStation Plus, and the games you’ve played the most are highlighted separately by content and percentage of time played. The problem is that for some people, the site just throws up a client-side error. There is a workaround for it.

Log in to the PlayStation website via the PlayStation Store and check that you are not logged out when the page closes. Open the PlayStation Wrap-Up page and refresh if you get an error message. If that doesn’t work, quickly click View My Page while it’s loading. It’s essential to be 18 years old, have ten hours of playtime on PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4, and enable Full Data on PS5 and Additional Data on PS4.

If that still doesn’t work, wait a day or two because everyone’s hooked on it now.
