Scandal at Disney! Adult Film Actor Accidentally Hired in The Little Mermaid!

MOVIE NEWS – Disney’s casting team accidentally cast an adult film actor in the live-action version of  The Little Mermaid, creating an embarrassing situation for the children’s summer blockbuster.

The casting directors working on the live-action remake wanted to use “really sexy male models” to portray the mermaids in the film, and 24-year-old Stefano Tomadini, who also shot adult films under the name Dante Ferrari, was among those hired for the job.

His explicit films, for which he was occasionally paid up to £1,000, can still be viewed online, although viewers must pay for them.

A source told The Sun: “Casting bosses have decided to hire some really sexy male models to play mermaids in the film.

“They had no idea about Stefano’s spicy adult film videos, and because ‘The Little Mermaid‘ is a big summer blockbuster for kids, it’s a little embarrassing for Disney”.

During the filming of the film in Sardinia, Stefano shared several behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram.

Marking Disney in the post, he wrote in the caption:

“Memories for a lifetime with friends for a lifetime.(sic)”.

A Disney spokeswoman declined to comment.

The Rob Marshall-directed remake – in which Halle Bailey plays the title role – was previously called a “classic” by the bigwigs of the film studio and considered an obvious choice for a rethink.

Tony Chambers, head of distribution for Disney, told Variety: “The movie is considered a classic. If you ask a lot of women or men my age, their favorite animated movies are ‘The Little Mermaid’ and ‘Beauty and the Beast.’ It’s a story that takes them back to their own childhood, and for many, this film is the perfect opportunity to pass that love on to the next generation.”
