Assassin’s Creed Mirage To Debut On A New Platform Soon?!

Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be available on iPhone 15, iPad Air and iPad Pro from June 6.

Last October, Ubisoft allowed us to step into the shoes of an assassin again with Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which was released for PC, PlayStation and Xbox. However, the French developer seems to want to bring its flagship franchise to other devices. That’s why they unexpectedly announced the iPhone release at the beginning of 2024. And now, with a bit of a slip in the plans, it’s been confirmed that iOS users will be able to control Basim this June.

Specifically, Assassin’s Creed Mirage will arrive on June 6 for iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPad Air, and iPad Pro devices (devices with an M1 chip or later).

Pre-orders are now available in the App Store. Ubisoft has surprised all iOS users by taking their adventure beyond the iPhone ecosystem. After all, no one expected that his title would land on players’ iPads.

As it turns out, the adventure will not differ much from what we have seen on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. According to an official statement from Ubisoft, these ports provide an intuitive, comfortable and immersive gaming experience with optimized touch controls and controller support. Cross-save and cross-ownership will also be available so that players can enjoy the game between iPhone and iPad as they like.

Ubisoft does not rule out the continuation of the story of Assassin’s Creed Mirage

As mentioned at the beginning of this article, the first versions of the AC Mirage have been on the market for several months. As a result, some players already want to continue Basim’s adventure to learn more about the assassin’s story. Ubisoft seems to have some good news for these users. In fact, there are no plans to release any more updates for the game. However, the team has ideas on how to expand the protagonist’s story. This does not confirm the continuation as such, but it is definitely an exciting development that could lead to a new project…
