Xbox Game Pass: The Second June 2023 Update

Microsoft announced on a rolling basis, the games will update its subscription service after the canceled E3 period.

On June 22, Need For Speed: Unbound (Xbox Series, PC, cloud) and The Bookwalker: Thief of Tales (console = Xbox Series, Xbox One; PC, debuting in Game Pass, i.e., new release) will arrive, while on June 27, Bramble: The Mountain King (console, PC, cloud) and F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch (Xbox Series, PC, cloud) will arrive, followed by Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town (console, PC) on June 29, Arcade Paradise (console, PC) on July 3, and Sword and Fairy: Together Forever (console, PC) on July 5. DLCs and updates: Fallout 76 got Once in a Blue Moon, Halo Infinite’s fourth season, Infection, launched, and The Elder Scrolls Online received the Necrum add-on (available at a 10% discount on Xbox consoles).

There are also four Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks, although the first is only available to US subscribers… A free DC Universe subscription for ninety days, giving access to over 27,000 comics; Hi-Fi Rush got the Teamplay Costume Pack, The Elder Scrolls Online offers the Dragon Slayer Mount, and Battlefield 2042 has the New Dawn Field Kit as a bonus with EA Play membership (available until July 18). The Xbox Game Pass quests are: get an achievement in any Game Pass game (50 points), kill two zombies in 7 Days to Die (250 points, lasts only a week, Ultimate subscribers only), play The Outer Worlds (lasts only a week, and interestingly, the post didn’t mention the score), and whoever completes 22 daily and 12 weekly missions from Game Pass quests in a month will get 500 points.

And on June 30, these games will be leaving (20% off, as usual): DJMax Respect V (console, PC, cloud), Empire of Sin (console, PC, cloud), Matchpoint: Tennis Championships (console, PC, cloud), Olija (console, PC, cloud), Omori (console, PC, cloud), Road 96 (console, PC, cloud). At least this time, we have a slightly stronger list.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
