One of Hollywood’s Best Comedians Guarantees the New Teenage Ninja Movie

MOVIE NEWS – There is not a single dull moment in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Chaos, says Seth Rogen. The excellent comedian can be said to be competent on the subject, because he is one of the producers and screenwriters of the family animation cinema.

“We started from the idea that these turtles are almost blown away by teen energy, so they don’t tolerate any boundaries or limits,” explains Rogen in an interview with Empire magazine. – This is reflected in the animation technique and storytelling: there is no stopping, everything is constantly in motion, jokes and punches and kicks rain down, after all, it is about ninjas. This film never sits down, there is no idle time, there is not a single dull moment.”

Rogen also wanted to make a movie about teenage ninjas because that’s what he grew up with. Among the armored superheroes protecting the city, Michelangelo was his favorite. When he was a little boy, he completely identified with him, and because of him he started attending karate lessons.

“I nagged my father until he bought me a nunchaku, and on the first day I managed to cut myself with it so hard that my scalp split open – the comedian recalls one of the defining moments of his childhood. “But our chandelier also went through it, it got so much momentum that we spent half an hour vacuuming the glass pieces afterwards.”

Although Rogen was one of his favorite martial artists, in the American version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Chaos he lends his voice to the main villain, because he found it a serious acting challenge .

The other day, the American Motion Picture Association classified the film in the “recommended for ages 13 and under” category because, in addition to some cartoon violence, it also displays “indecent content”. In other words, it is a classic family cinema, where mom and dad can have fun in addition to the children.
