Forza Motorsport: How Much Have The Visuals Evolved Since 7? We’ll Show You! [VIDEO]

Comparing the graphics of Forza Motorsport 7 and Forza Motorsport (weird to call it that way…) was only a matter of time.

We mentioned the other day that the press is now throwing out previews and information by the bucketload about Turn 10 Studios’ next game, which we last reported on the graphical modes it will get on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S (with differences, of course, as the XSS will be without ray tracing). But so far, we haven’t seen much of a direct comparison between the previous Forza Motorsport and the upcoming one!

Cycu1 has produced a comparison video between the Xbox One and the Xbox Series game, and it’s only fair to see the two generations in action on the same track to see Maple Valley in both games. The graphical differences are striking, but it bears repeating that there have been significant improvements in visuals (and hardware) in six years. Of course, on PC, the differences are even more pronounced because, with an Intel Core i9-13900K, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090, 32 GB RAM, and a PCIe Gen5 NVMe SSD, you can get impressive visuals and stable performance in Forza Motorsport. In contrast, Forza Motorsport 7 didn’t have any of these components in 2017…

Unfortunately, Forza Motorsport has also fallen into the trend of not continuing the numbering of the older installments. Instead, it bears the same name as the first in the series (as did the Saints Row reboot, which was included in PlayStation Plus Essential in September, and Layers of Fear released this year). In any case, the game’s release is not far away, but we won’t have time to live (or money to spend) in October because that’s when it will be released, along with about 9-10, or 11 other significant games.

Forza Motorsport launches on October 10 for Xbox Series and PC, but you’ll also see it on Xbox Game Pass. We included another video that compares the FIRST game with the new one…
